The Imaginary Forces team brought me in to help out with 2d animation for the graphics package for the 93rd Academy Awards. This is one of the largest deliveries I've ever been apart of as graphics had to be produced for every possible outcome of the Oscars. This involved animating backgrounds, lower 3rds, sponsorship spots, one-off animations and mortises. It was especially important to be able to render these out as quickly as possible and keep files organized and created for quick updates. I enjoy the challenge of toolkitting large projects, and have done it several times throughout my career.
My role was After Effects animations for a lot of different parts of this graphics package, as well as creating toolkits.
